Mariana began her career in management and accounting in 2008 in Italy, where she built a strong foundation for her professional journey. Working alongside her father in his construction business, she gained valuable experience in administration, leadership, and business operations.
Over the next decade, Mariana explored diverse roles, including positions in hospitality, as she sought opportunities to grow and develop her skills. Seven years ago, she made the bold decision to move to the UK, where she excelled in administration and hospitality, quickly rising through the ranks. On the path to becoming a general manager, she chose to pivot out of hospitality to pursue new challenges.
This decision brought her to Dunhill Financial, where Mariana now serves as an administrator and office manager.
